You will also find that paperwork would have been in place and would have had Gray areas around it's interpretation.
The Tweed Council is backwards at best full of tree hugging hippies who have never contributed to society. Now a 5 million page report will be done and approvals will be granted with changes to saving 3 trees at the cost of $1 billion to tax payers.
Hope the whingers enjoy inflation and the extra cost's added there rates and council service fees.
