Why anyone would willingly sell now is beyond me. Its very obvious looking at that last change of substantial holder notice that VBS have bought almost all the shares sold in the last few months. They are just picking up what is going cheaply. Clearly they are gearing up a takeover offer for the rest. Likely will be slightly above what was last offered last time, just to get those that held out. VBS will pitch it that AZI will need cash at some point and therefore the takeover is in the best interest of shareholders.
