I don't like or trust FMR Investments Pty Ltd, in a previous corporate life it gave birth to Barra Resources (Greenstone Resources) and maintained a close control by having FMR's chairman as a director. When it came to so called board renewal Chris Hansen and his deputy Mike Edwards wreaked havoc on Greenstone and took millions of unearned performance rights (just because the ASX rules allowed).
I hope this is the last deal HRZ have with FMR.
