Agree one should be skeptical as to issuing more shares, but in this case imho it makes very good sense to raise the amount needed for the expansion as debt. Should be well enough supported by the increased cashflow and assets as to be a very acceptable risk.
Not long before we”ll know for certain anyway, but very hard imho to see why it wouldn’t be debt funded, as consistently pronounced.
