Not a current holder of BKW or SOL.. have been looking at SOL for a long time but never bitten the bullet to hold; most ASX divestments over the last few years I've seen have been accretive for the businesses (e.g. WPL and BHP oil/gas, Webjet).
Whilst SOL is at the top end of SP range over the last few years, it always looks expensive but has consistently generated solid returns..
