Stellantis just paid US$90 million into an lithium explorer for a 20% stake

The deal also includes an 15000 tons per year off take, without an existing resource
Maybe Stellantis gives us the $300 million capex for phase 2 for a 20% stake + 15000 tons off take. They desperately want lithium
