    Done by who? A schoolteacher with a geology degree? A minimum of five years' experience in the estimation of Ore Reserves and appropriate qualifications for such? First principles opcost estimates backed up by three contractor quotes and a shadow bid? Remember Fountainhead, Brocks Creek and that wonderful Maud Creek ore?
