It would make more sense to me that if the BOD do have their sites on an LSA takeover it would occur after any IPO and not in conjunction. Any LSA holdings would simply be paid out. Anything is possible but this would be the most simple and straight forward approach.
It would make for a pretty awesome announcement post IPO. "We now 100% own the Koojan tenement as well as Moora" With that much potential even when they do hit the mother load they'll be drilling for the next couple of years!
Which ever way it goes we'll be winning as holders of both
