With regards to the talk about LSA shares and the demerger, I'm assuming the reference is the 40 million sahres that LTR own in LSA will get allocated to the newco.
I'm also interested to see if LTR will buy shares in the IPO, similar to what CHN did with the CPN IPO.
This is going to be extrmeley interesting watching this all unfold.
