Key Dates from the corporate presentation.

•  GMM EGM early August 2015
  
   Formal Agreement intended to be signed prior to GMM EGM
•  Restart at Mt Cattlin no later than 31 March 2016 – GMM/GXY to have only operating lithium mine on ASX

Obviously it will take a few weeks to send out meeting documents to shareholders. It is stating the obvious that the agreement will be signed prior to the egm as that will need shareholder agreement at the egm. How can you send supporting docs to shareholders to approve if there is no formal agreement and project acquisition terms?

If the company wants to hold the meeting early august then they would have to be sending out egm paperwork to shareholders very soon.  I would think they would need 21 days notice under corporations act, just as it is for annual general meetings.

There is always a chance the deal could  fall through however.
