Maybe the transaction is not going ahead as the difference between fair market value of lithium and fair market value of gmm are a long way from each other. You can manipulate a share price but can you manipulate what the Chinese is willing to pay for nmt lithium?

My maths from the previous post:

$19.5 million *2 = $39 million (50% share based on nmt)

$39 million less $7.5 million upfront payment = $31.5 million

Current market cap pre deal = $8.5 million
