With MUS ability to raise $15M over last 2 years through CPS, Novus Capital and Hartleys, why would you chase NY funds when you can raise through transparent process in your local market.

Even if the money is there, these funds historically do not show any loyalty to shareholders but will sell out ASAP, thus further diluting.

MUS Board have done extremely well to raise $15M.
