Found some facts about MHC TIBOOBURRA project, maybe discussed before, it was initially disposed by Meteoric Resources in Oct 2013 to Awati Resources, and than Manhattan acquires this gold project through Awati Resources, Awati Resources is a gold exploration company with offices in Perth, Western Australia although its entire tenement package is in NSW. The company had ambitions to list on the ASX in mid-2018 but ended up cancelling its IPO.This acquisition brings Awati non-executive director Jens Balkau to the board of Manhattan which is a experienced Geologist. Wondering why Awati & MEI didn't carry out this exited project? I am very positive about the prospect of TIBOOBURRA project.
