The directors bought large numbers of shares in the recent cap raise at 9.5 cents per share. The underwriting of the retail offer to the tune of $500,000 was in addition to this. If directors were continuing to buy now they would need to update their holding notices.
The share price is not seeing much interest because the news flow is a bit slower than traders and investors might like. There is so much to come and it is just drifting along while we wait. As the new JV partner comes on board and the news flow ramps up things might get a boost.
I have so much HMX that I can't justify more even at these prices. I have increased my AZY holding and with 9 drilling rigs news flow is pretty active. HMX will have it's day as results start to come in and new drilling increases. Any firm mine development related statements will also see a firming share price.
