MCR did a MBer from 20c to 80c on its gold resources & gold production.
And its proposed Ni mining restart is smaller with no mill of its own and dependent on BHP tolling itsore.
POS actually has a lot of gold not far from that of MCR 273koz but way way cheaper to produce as its in tailings so already mined, brought to surface & stockpiled ready to go.
176koz x us1800 = aud$414M revenue
If DFS shows AISC us$500
then its FCF of aud $299M
thats the entire equivalent of POS MC!
We may well be sitting on a large rerate here like MCR saw.
And if the BS mill is restarted as its looking with triple the LOM & revenue then this operation is looking way way bigger than anyone thought.
And PH can do it as he has done before.
