Option 3 in full swing & now favourite.
told you all so.
any offtaker putting in say $50M would want 16% quality exportable concentrate & a working monster mill with long LOM, DSO at 3% doesnt work.
ANSWER= BS mill & BS open pit start up with GS SS mines, genius
the DFSs from 2014 & 2018 are in play
2014 stated W to BS was 4.05 costs 10 year LOM
2018 stated SS to BS at 5.31 costs 3 year LOM
Combined together plus GS = genius
this option would overnight turn POS into the 2nd largest Ni producer in Aust with aud$350Mpa revenue & create tolling options for another $100Mpa revenue.
option 3 is a go. Its a no brainer really.
the true value has always been in the milling capacity despite market valuing it at nil. If so, LJ will become very important & unsellable.
WSA mill is 0.6MTpa MC is $780M
IGO mill is 1.5MTpa MC is $2200M
POS mills 3.7MTpa MC is $280M, what?
overnight a $1B+ MC
start the monster up!
