I recall Rob Dennis had GR price the Black Swan restart in detail a couple of years ago. If I recall the cost was around $30m. They did some of the work, referring the Silver San ladders.
The proposal to restart the whole BS plant at 2.2 MTPA was also studied utilising Windarra and other ore from nearby operations like Car Boyd.
These were discussed during the 2018 capital raise.
