They'll probably do a gold resource update later in 2024 after the July/August drilling, and it may get them to over 1 million ounces at very good grades.
Why not spin-out the gold into a separate company and reward shareholders here with some FREE In-Specie shares, as well as give them the option to top up their investment in the new gold company at a reduced price, with some options thrown in.
This could be a great big win for shareholders here, but I'm not sure if the chairman and others thinks this way, because it looks like they may want to sell the gold project and keep the cash to advance the Lithium project, in which case shareholders will get very little return from the gold, which would be a great pity.
It'll be interesting to see what they decide to do with over 1 million ounces of gold, and whether shareholders will be happy or not with their decisions, it may come down to how much of the company the chairman and other directors have themselves personally invested here, as to what they'll do with the gold.
