Mine the gold....stockpile the spod?
The spod could be mined at the same time and stockpiled, until the market price becomes more economic.
Lowgrade and Selvedge grade Au segregation at waste dumps is nothing new. Why not spod???
The dirt would otherwise be included in overburden strip, this way cost of waste removal to mine Au would be partially recovered when Spod shipped as DSO.
