Yes, sorry to say the presentation looks like failure from management. Not failure to develop two excellent projects to the best of their abilities but failure to get the best or even a reasonable price. On financing REX should be worth 0.6 X NPV. Not 0.4 X NPV of Stage1 & nothing for Stage 2 and Hogs Ranch. So 4 c Well less than 50% of what they should get.
Promised the world and gave us ... an Alas. (So far ?).
Sorry if I sound negative. but this is what negativity sounds like from me.
