There is the conditions of the binding agreement of offer stating a "no shop, no talk" policy, i believe this to mean now that they have entered the offer scheme with MACH they legally cant shop this around to other suitors for a better offer

That said, it doesnt stop another offer coming in, by conditions Rex just have to notify MACH of the new offer. Its not over yet in my opinion, but it could be.

I would think other prospective buyers have the information they need, the resource should sell itself, so its all about the appetite.

I hold hope of another offer but i understand the thought that without a concerted effort by management to find another offer it may be said and done, but they arent allowed to go shopping it whilst in this agreement.
