I've always wondered with these types of articles, they are very detailed but don't reference any quotes from direct conversation with management or employees of the subject company. I assume they are somewhat drafted by the company (common practice in the ICT space, essentially paid advertising under the guise of a news article).
Not to say what;s written is misleading or wrong, it all looks true and good to me, not sure what they are referring to exactly in relation to the resource update
