buyback announcement is two-edged sword. When it is announced, this will send a positive signal to the market if the company does the buyback to maintain the share price. But when investors perceive that the buyback has stopped before achieving its mission, it could destroy the share price. Today heavy selling pressures at 0.019 (the head) and the oppies (0.007) provide evidence of this conjecture. Like or dislike, this is the reality.
