@Popeye82 - I understand that consolidation doesn't change the value also some would argue that it appear makes it more attractive to investors who don't usually trade the 1 centers. Aside from that what I really meant was things have been progressing quite slowly. Although maybe that can be chalked up to the Italian holidays... anyway onwards and upwards
