Glpg, you are correct.
Its pretty simple guys. The basket price averages out the total realised value based on the value of each REO and the % each that you get out of the ore per volume or weight. So the 92% quoted in Hastings reports for NdPr is correct and if you look the last table above calculations:
NdPr = 39.7 + 9.4 = 49.1
Total REO = 55.8
So 49.1 / 55.8 = 88%
This is the difference with Hastings. The %'s of Nd / Pr / Tb / Dy are much higher in their Ore (these are the ones worth a lot more), then other mines that have elevated levels of Lanthanum and Ceruim which are worth far less. The basket price is a massive factor as it translates the value that you can get out of the same Tonne of Ore respectively between mines.
