This looks to be primed now for a leg up. I’d guess some people (like myself) will buy in a parcel with the hope of getting in on any raising which will come with the finance. I notice Sprott bought a small amount at end Aug. Personally I don’t think this project will have any issue getting finance, they might need to raise $100 million or so. But they will get there.
