What about STDP - the learning mechanism? I remember the milestone 1 display but it had no details about how it was done. Since the chip has to be integrated into a phone or a computer or a robot then how are the inputs and outputs to the phone or computer or robot controlled if it's not by software? I'm sorry I don't get it.... can someone explain!
