When I compare it to earlier communications seems to be about the same.
My take on it was it communicated an update on milestone expectations and clearly stated milestone 2 delivery within 1 calendar month.
This I believe is the justification to mark it as market sensitive.
The reminder of your statement implies deception, which I don't believe is the case.
