I'm sure they'll be 'pleased to announce' they are 'oversubscribed' by their 'sophisticated' friends at a generous discount.
but they have said they are wanting to 'create a stronger alignment with shareholders' and 'minimise dilution' so that old line won't cut the mustard this time, they'll need to give the holders a decent crack at the dilution this time.
