OPEC is becoming increasingly irrelevant in its "cutback," or even "freeze" rhetoric. This essentially feeds bots, whose overall effect on oil prices has shorter, and shorter shelf life. As for the integrity of its members, would any of you give milk money to Russia (non-member, but player), Iraq, Iran, Nigeria?
It's about Alaska and GOM.
