The value of any real estate business is the value of its rent roll.
The sales business has no value in traditional real estate businesses.
If you add the value of the AU1 rent roll and mortgage books together you will be close to the current market cap.
The company still has plenty of debt to take off that.
They are miles from shore IMO.
Someone lost patience this morning. I expect others will now as well.
I like the business, they just haven't scaled fast enough.
