Looking at the presentation, after issuing new shares as part of the raising, the market cap will just almost equate to the cash of the company.

Institutional placement completed and have already raised $3.78 M while the retail component is much smaller and would most likely be all taken up if there is a shortfall.

The company's decision not to delist and with the institutional placement being completed somewhat shows the visibility of a recovery for the business.

So this is really a recovery play and with a very small market cap pretty much equivalent to the cash of the company perhaps the upside here is much much greater than the downside.
