Broker's visit not necessarily means CR short term, but it could happen. Usually though they cherry pick first drill targets to get the SP higher and then raise. Have seen it many times last year with lithium exploration companies.
I don't think cobalt price will plummet anytime soon, on the contrary, so no need to rush a CR based on that argument.
