maybe you should spend your time becoming overly aware of what's going on elsewhere in the sector rather than sitting on HC all day telling everyone how anxious you are.
In March, FL formed a JV with Mitsubishi, selling an initial 7.5% ownership of the JV for 25m CAD, a ~70% premium to SP. FL mgmt are also saying Mitsubishi have undertaken to provide debt financing for phase 1 (160ktpa SC), which needs about 450m USD capex. Phase 2 is the conversion plant (taking that SC and producing 20ktpa chems) and requires another 550m USD.
FL is the case study that shows why WR1 is such a good play.
