You'd think a fair-minded person would recognise that the strong financial commitment two cashed-up, in-the-know, and now virtually maxed-out shareholder groups have just made to Rox would be proof enough that Youanmi is considered a winner. But it seems "it's hard to raise white flags when wearing blinkers". It will be interesting to see what develops once Tranche 2 is settled.
