Great opportunities for PEH to continue to grow and expand. Nice to be invested in a company that is doing something positive. And regulations are only going to get tighter which will be a positive for PEH.
It appears that someone is either fixated on only selling at 10.5c or above... or someone is happy to keep the price stagnant for the time being.
Revenue/Profit is going to do the talking here... Tightly held... difficult for those who have bigger pockets to the fill them. Small fry like many of us here on HC can get a nice position early (now) relatively easily.
