based on very rough calculations, 15% of current shares will give them about 70M to place. In the presentation it stated they had $1.4ish cash, so 70M at 2c will give them around the $3M which is what they have had to work with for approx 12 months so far.
So small dilution which should give them at least 6-12 months working capital and a JORC in the bag. Its got to be a buy on open and now with brokers looking for some gains for their clients, its a no brainer. And thus should be an easy sell to place! One would think!
