I had a quick glance at the intelligent investor article, they recommend hold. They believe more than the 40 mil synergies could be achievable. PMP was a good buy before the merger, so long as there are no big skeletons to come out it looks like a very good business now. Even if the industry has been shrinking they will generate significant cashflow over the next decade (once one one of restructuring costs are done).
