It's a nice idea, but a 4.3%-5.4% dividend? Do you have any idea how much that will cost?

That's $31M minimum, and there is just no way until a couple of financial years in the future as the funds are sorely needed now to mediate the finance and keep the books in the green. Cattlin produces $60M, and most of that is soaked up.

Now if you said a 1% dividend, well it's a good start, and declare that you will always pay it (the minimum) and will only increase it over time.. that will attract some investors.
