    Just more spin to shareholders. Where was the price before consolidation and where is it now.

    1. there are CR galore and shareholders value is depleted.
    2. Consolidation and and management rewarded with bonus shares.
    3. I can see another CR coming soon, how about taking a step back and evaluating instead of trying to be in all places and keeping shareholders in mind for once.
