From what I read there is no change in the core business. Appsvillage is still offering SMBs a fast and easy way to create an app for their business.

What has changed is the offering over this platform. Not only a way to enhance sales but also tools (in this case financial) to improve the business itself.

In any case this places no risk for Appsvillage but only more growth engines and potential sources of income.
