Keep your eyes on a few things.
User growth - Should improve now that the legacy partner has offboarded all of their users.
Impact of Microsoft entering the market - Charif believes that the impact will be minimal (He is the CEO, so believe what you want to)
Potential revenue and profit boost with an aquisition - Nearly bought a company late last year, but got outmaneuvered by someone else.
Government backup - Is Dropsuite gaining any traction with their new product in this large US market.
Topline Capital - They own something like 30% of the business, so if they make a move (buy or sell) there may be a large impact on the SP. Maybe it's worth asking Topline a few questions if you are able to.
Gross margin, profit, etc. etc.
Besides that, I'll add that they always present the results clearly (Including quarterly's, which they are no longer required to do) and answer questions very well in webinars or via email.
