I've had an opportunity to watch the presentation this morning.
I'm excited about the overall context that's been provided by way of the lengthy Q&A component, but am a bit disappointed in the "but that's the way we've always done it" response re performance. Whilst I appreciate the consistency, I do think sometimes there needs to be a step taken back, and time spent thinking about the message the incentive structure is sending to new investors.
Most of us longer term shareholders I think would generally agree that management is aligned with us, and in my view they typically deliver what they say they will.
As noted before, I'm happy for performance bonuses, however, believe there needs to be some reconsideration of how that is applied.
