Whatever value metrics you choose to use may be relevant to your investing style and perhaps in this instance its useful as it will reduce chances of dilution.
I think the true value can't be specifically defined and the moat through network effects, IP, pricing power, and switching costs will be transformational to value for the share holder.
ive bought a small package back in and am watching closely to fully jump in if the thesis plays out upon some more deals.
