I watched the quarterly in full yesterday after only briefly listening to it live with audio only. Much better information being shared that we have been looking for previously, DL sounded bullish on at least a sector license with DoD in the short term but much longer-term outlook to the full licensing agreement. Important meeting with capital partners may finally see some share price movement.
