Yep agree with all that. I think that the market has been waiting for such a long time now for big successive contracts to come through the door and they haven't turned up. For that reason, the speculative component in the share price is zero and it's purely based on fundamentals.
If they announce one or two 7 or 8 figure contracts it will take off. We are led to believe they are imminent but the market won't react until they are announced.
