    It's worth asking how management is defining zero customer churn.

    I've wondered similar thoughts to yourself on this point regarding customer retention, and comparing known current customers with previously publicly acknowledged clients.

    Also, it'd be nice to see evidence of examples of the "land and expand" approach. Proof that retained customers are truly expanding YoY would be great to see as a shareholders.
