I think u r being a little too negative .
So u paid 35 - 40 cents ..... u could average down ....( subject to yr circumstances etc )
Without reiterating opinions already expressed .....l reckon there's half a chance u might break even over the next 18 months .....and depending on progress then ..... maybe even start showing a good profit ....
That's just my opinion .
