However my post was about when to buy in and/or accumulate, arguing that they can get much cheaper - and in fact it did go down to 8.1c

I agree that they need to increase revenue and minimise costs. It's more about the strategy on how they do it which incorporates the business plan and marketing plan. There is also a tipping point, that when you minimise costs you can go too far just to try and become cash flow +ve. I am wondering if this has actually happened as I explained in an earlier post that they should have spent some more money on marketing into other sectors for that revenue while the very slow cogs of defence turn.
