That is not correct. The value creation phase of a resources project is during discovery. There is then a value destruction phase as the project is built and comes online. Look at the share price of CHN to see this.
I’m very bullish about these projects, the gold grade is very good, it would be nice to have more Cu, but do the sums on the potential scale with current metal prices and it will make truck loads of money. I don’t believe they’ve got the copper rich zone at either project yet.
